Maurice Samra, managing partner, business development

Maurice Samra is a Managing Partner with VINNOV Technologies where he oversees the business development and operational management aspects of the firm's services. Mr. Samra also handles management ethics and leadership initiatives, helping companies to increase market appeal and operational efficiencies through corporate ethics and employee leadership programs.

Since 1990, Maurice has been involved in multi-sector company start-up and ongoing operations and is known best for integrating technology with business development for the purpose of executing marketing strategies.

Previous positions Maurice Samra has held include Director of Operations for RealCom Technologies, and General Manager for RealCom's Applications Development Group (ADG).

Maurice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Univerisity of Phoenix.

Richard Vaugn, managing partner, finance

Also a Managing Partner with VINNOV Technologies, Richard Vaugn oversees the financial aspects of the firm's operations.

Prior to coming on board with VINNOV Technologies, Richard worked with Maurice at RealCom Technologies where he served as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Vaugn has extensive experience in financial model preparation and analysis.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.
